Store order sync
Your store's orders,
in the same place as the chat.
The website takes the order and WhatsApp handles the customer, but the two never meet. Syncing store orders in means the team replying to "where is my parcel" can see the parcel.
01 — What it is
Commerce
What is Shopify & WooCommerce orders?
Store order sync imports new orders from Shopify or WooCommerce into Xenwap every five minutes, links each one to the customer's WhatsApp contact, and lets COD confirmation, status updates and reports work on them like any other order.
- 01Agents switch to the Shopify admin to answer every order question.
- The order sits on the customer's contact record next to the conversation.
- 02Store orders and chat orders are counted in two places.
- One orders screen and one set of reports cover both, with the source labelled.
- 03Old store history floods in the day you connect.
- Sync starts from the moment you turn it on. Your back catalogue of orders is not imported.
- 04A developer is needed to set up store webhooks.
- Paste read-only API keys. The sync polls the store, so there is nothing to install on it.
02 — How it works
4 steps
How it works,
step by step.
01
Connect the store
Add your Shopify store with an access token, or WooCommerce with read-only REST keys, on the Integrations screen.
ShopifyWooCommerce02
Turn on order import
From that moment, new orders are pulled in every five minutes with their items, totals, address and payment method.
03
Each order finds its customer
The phone number is normalised and matched to an existing WhatsApp contact, or a new contact is created.
04
Everything else just works
COD confirmation, status changes, order webhooks, Google Sheets rows and sales reports all treat store orders like any other.

03 — What you get
6 capabilities
The details
that make it work.
Five-minute polling
No store-side webhook or plugin to install and maintain.
Read-only keys
Xenwap only reads orders. It cannot change anything in your store.
Contact matching
Local 03xx numbers and +92 numbers are matched to the same person.
Source labelling
Every order shows whether it came from the store, the AI chat or your team.
Error visibility
If a key stops working, the integration shows the error instead of failing silently.
Abandoned carts too
Shopify checkouts that were never finished can get a reminder on WhatsApp.

Within about five minutes of being placed.
02Can Xenwap change my store data?
No. The keys it needs are read-only, and it only reads orders and checkouts.
03Will my old orders be imported?
No. Sync starts from the moment you switch it on, so your history is not duplicated.
04Do I need a developer?
No. You paste an access token or REST keys into the Integrations screen.
