By accessing or using the Xenwap website (xenwap.com) and the Xenwap platform (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of the service

Xenwap provides an AI-powered WhatsApp business messaging platform that allows businesses to connect their WhatsApp number, manage contacts and conversations, run campaigns, and use automation and AI-based replies. Use of certain features may be subject to additional terms or policies (including WhatsApp’s terms and policies).

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your organization to these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms, applicable laws, and the terms and policies of WhatsApp and other third-party services. You may not use the Service to send spam, harass others, distribute malware, or violate any person’s rights. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service (including messages sent via Xenwap) complies with all applicable regulations, including those governing marketing and data protection.
