WhatsApp Forms, built on Meta Flows, are native in-chat screens with text fields, dropdowns and choices. The customer fills them in without leaving WhatsApp, and Xenwap saves the submission to the contact and sends it to your webhooks or Google Sheet.

No, Meta only supports Forms on the Cloud API. On a QR-linked number, chatbot question steps collect the same details one by one.
