Chatbot flow builder
Build the conversation
once, on a canvas.
A good WhatsApp bot asks a question, offers a few clear choices and remembers the answer. The flow builder does all three without code, and hands over to the AI or a person when the customer goes off script.

Automation
What is Chatbot builder with buttons?
The WhatsApp chatbot builder is a visual, drag-and-drop editor for automated conversations. Flows can send messages, offer reply buttons or list menus, ask questions and save the answers, open a WhatsApp form, book an appointment, and branch on what the customer chose.
- 01Customers have to type the exact keyword.
- They pick from buttons, a list, or reply with the option number or its name.
- 02The bot loses answers as soon as the chat moves on.
- Question steps save each answer as a form response you can export.
- 03A confused customer gets stuck in a loop.
- After one retry the flow steps aside for the AI or a person.

Talk to us01Do buttons work on a QR-connected number?
WhatsApp does not render them there, so the same options are sent as a numbered list. Replying with the number or the option's name both work.
02Do I need to code?
No. Flows are built by dragging steps onto a canvas.
03Where do the answers go?
Into form responses on the contact, and out through webhooks, Google Sheets or Zapier.
